I tried for 3 days to talk with Richard. My husband finally had a physical conversation with him. He was on a long distance phone call and took my husbands phone number and said he would call him back, this is like 8:30 in the morning. He never bothered calling him back. Never been to the shop, so don't know if he is a back yard shop or not??????? But I will be getting in touch with the company Genarack just to let them know what kind of people they have down working on there Generators Don't waste your time HE doesn't
