I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. From the very moment this woman answered the phone, her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. As someone who understands the importance of communication and customer service, I was shocked by how I was spoken to. There was no greeting, no attempt to be helpful — just an immediate attitude as if my call was an inconvenience. Running a business requires basic professionalism, patience, and respect toward customers, especially in situations where people are already stressed and likely dealing with vehicle trouble. I wish I could give Carters Towing more than 5 stars! They are an awesome towing company! Americas Towing and AAA left me hanging worse off than before I called AAA. Americas Towing was a complete joke, they even got themselves stuck on a paved road before they got to my location. Americas Towing pulled my truck into a worse situation then I was before they showed up. Carters Towing showed up and had my truck back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Carters Towing is the best towing company in Rio Rancho and Albuquerque hands down. They even offered to help Americas Towing recovery their truck which they had left stuck overnight. This place is an absolute sham, and the owner is definitely full of herself and needs an attitude to justment. This place damages vehicles and does not care. They just want to collect your money. Be very cautious with working with these people. You can spin it however you want. AND IF THERE WAS A MISCOMMUNICATION OR MISS UNDERSTANDING SOMETHING SORRY, WHAT'S GOING THROUGH A LOT. BUT nonetheless, you truly don't know how to handle yourself. I truly hope you CYA because I sure did not only that RRPD already said that they are having a lot of issues with your towing company.
