I was looking for a headlight casing for a 2006 Scion - I have never tried a used car part in the past so thought I would give this shop a try. I was warmly greeted when I walked in and the staff was patient as I explained what I was trying to do. They had just received a 2006 Scion but it was supposed to be shipped off to another location. The owner who was listening to my conversation stepped in and offered to help. He walked back and checked the vehicle and 10 minutes later he walked back out with the part in hand. He made me an unbelievable offer as a first time client and also took the time to explain what I needed to do when I got home. I will definitely be back to work with Carthage Auto Parts again. I just want to say I bought a handicap van for my father after a bad health attack it left him unable to walk at all. All he wanted is to go to church and Walmart (where he worked 20 yrs). Glenn and the owner worked with me in every way possible to make this sale happen. They were wonderful and I felt like they truly cared about my family. I can not say enough good things about Carthage Auto parts and car sales. I recommend them 100% and want to thank them for all they did! My dad is so happy to be mobile again 😊

Called to ask about a part for a 2015 escape. He said come on out. I asked for inventory and if he had what I needed or at least had a car that may have it and he said just come out and check its only 10 mins. I proceeded to tell him 10 miles away is not just 10 mins brother and id like to know if you at least have a car that may have the part im looking for? Proceeded to tell me its not gonna work out and hung up. Was very rude the entire time. Place is a joke

I ordered a Sequoia driver's side mirror from a 2002 Limited version that was shipped to me and talked to Lorenzo who made sure this year plug fit my year of 2004. I got one from North Carolina shipped to me from a 2006 and it had a different plug and it wouldn't work with the controls. It took maybe 10 minutes to take the one off and put this on with just three threaded studs. Put this one on and it was the right plug and folded like the original and the controls to adjust worked fine. It also has defrost and auto dimming that aren't available on the replacement version. The OEM used one has all the functions back to original. With $15 shipping, $65 cost it cost $90.07 total with tax. Not a bad deal as the replacement ones are $60 and don't have all the nice functions like defrost
