Carvana Dover

This review is not specific to Carvana Dover, it is a Carvana in general review. This is a dying company, please do not give them your well earned money. We purchased a Kia Telluride that was going to be delivered to our home. It never showed up!….and we were never given a heads up. Nobody could ever give us an explanation as to what happened. Twice we had orders cancelled with zero notice. We were promised callbacks 4 times, with zero callbacks. Check the stock history for Carvana. Strongly recommend you taking your business to CarMax, they do business more transparently.

Don’t do it! Bought a car, got the gap insurance and all that, my son totals it, my insurance and my gap insurance sent a check to Bridgecrest, the lien holder used by carvana, two months later they are holding those checks hostage and still taking the car payment from my account even though at this point I’ve paid more then I owe, when you call they claim they can take 8 business weeks after they receive funds to close an account and that I’m required to keep paying the payment until they do so, even tho the car was paid off by insurance and gap insurance, I will definitely not go through them to replace my totaled car after this interaction
