My car buying experience with Carvana was exceptional. They kept in contact with me every step of the way and my document signing was fine with no issues. I am assuming that some of the bad reviews here are for trade in’s with a purchase or selling to Carvana. My purchase was a cash purchase and it was the vehicle I have wanted for 10 years now’s. I did my research for about a week before making a commitment as well. I looked over reviews, pictures and compared several vehicles in the make and model of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. The filters are a great feature and if I was interested in the actual vehicle I saved it as a favorite to making comparing easier for myself. I absolutely LOVED my Carvana experience!! All the way from online shopping to the return process. Yes, I had to return the vehicle because the seat angle and the distance between the pedals aggrevated an old injury. Returning it was faster than buying it - less than a 15 minute call to schedule the pick up and it was done! My delivery driver, John was super fantastic. He was professional, patient and kind as I test drove the car and got my mom in and out to see if it would work for her. The car itself was super clean and in great shape. Not sure if the previous owner smoked, but if they did, there was no trace of smell. I'll use Carvana again the next time I need a vehicle!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Carvana, especially with my delivery guy Manny! He arrived on time, he was very courteous and friendly. He took his time and gently removed my vehicle from the delivery truck. He made sure to remove any smudges and made sure that I was satisfied with the condition of my vehicle before leaving…Than you Manny!!!!

I purchased a car on Carvana the tires were kind of worn and on the third or fourth day it didn’t start so I brought it to the Firestone dealer near my home and ask them to do an inspection. He said I absolutely need new tires that because of the wear pattern, he thought that they had never been rotated. I needed it for new front and alignment and the two back tires were bad as well. Also the cabin filter he said it had never been changed was still the original part or he felt that it was. And I needed a new battery as he put it on the machine and it said it was very very low. It needed a brake flush too. I called Carvana to their warranty service and was told that because those items had not failed yet they were not going to replace them. Purchased a truck with 77k miles on it. 1 week past the "7 day return policy" the transmission has decided to go out. The first transmission (sourced by the warranty company) was dead on arrival with a bad transmission control module. This part is internal to the transmission. This transmission was supposedly a "remanufactured" transmission, but the technician suspects it was just a random used trans sent to be installed. The truck has been in the shop for going on 3 weeks and will spend at least another 3 weeks in the shop while waiting on silver rock to approve the appropriate repairs. Had silver rock used the transmission provided by the technician, my vehicle would be up and running. Chose carvana for the ease of purchase. Definitely do not recommend buying with them. No accountability
