I had a great experience selling my vehicle. This location is very clean and tidy. It's NOT. Dealership. I've never been to a Carvana location before and this was a very interesting experience. They have the huge car "vending machine" where you actually get a token to put in to get your car, but today I was only selling. You do most of the paperwork online and when we came in they test drove my car took some pictures and handed me a check! The whole process took less than 30 minutes. The online process took 30 minutes too. I'm thinking maybe it's because my car was in PERFECT condition, and someone else might have more of a hassle, but honestly I would sell a car to Carvana again.

My first time with Carvana and my first online automobile purchase. Went really smoothly and was quick, easy, and the online interface was intuitive. Pickup was also really good. The person at the pickup was very helpful, friendly, and made the process very easy. Definitely will consider again when my next auto purchase comes around.

I have similar bad experiences as other reviewers of Carvana. Minor annoyance - scheduling a pick up time, then having to wait 90 minutes for the car to be cleaned. Major issue - I never received my license plates in the mail, despite Carvana emailing me that the car is registered. Palm beach county does not take walkins and my appointment to fix this is 2 weeks after the tags expire. I called Carvana daily for a week to try to resolve, and was told that they could extend the temporary tags by a month and that they would email them to me. Two days before the tags expire, I got a text saying to check my inbox for the new tags. One day before the temporary tags expired, I hadn't received the emailed tags. I called Carvana and was given a very legalese answer that since they had registered

My appointment with Kevin at Carvana was scheduled for 4:00 PM to pick up my car. When I arrived, at 4:40 PM they were still washing and detailing the vehicle. I ended up waiting more than two hours past my scheduled time. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication. No one came to update me, apologize, or explain the delay. I had to sit there without any information about what was happening. This was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. If appointments are scheduled, they should be respected, or at the very least customers should be kept informed. Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience overall.
