They sold me a vehicle with CORROSIVE RUST, a major oil filter housing leak, and a power steering pump leak. These are exactly the types of issues they claim would never pass their 150-point inspection. It is a complete roll of the dice. The employees were nice. That is not the problem. The problem is the lack of transparency. When you pick up the vehicle, they provide zero documentation explaining what actually came up in the inspection. You have no idea what was repaired, what was patched, what was ignored, or what should have been fully replaced. You are simply expected to trust them. I would not trust this company again.

This is by far the worst business plan for selling used cars I have ever seen. I was interested in a used Tesla and I couldn't come to see the car in person or drive the car! Are you kidding me? Being next to the car industry for years, you absolutely need to drive and inspect the car in person before you buy it. There are many cars fixed from accidents not reported to insurance companies so you don't know if the car has actually been in a wreck. So many cars drive differently thank you think. Tight suspension or soft suspension, depending on what you like will be an issue. I understand you should do your homework but you should not buy a used car without test driving it first (new car maybe). Initially, I wanted to trade in my Tesla for my new Tesla, and as a repeat customer, I expected the process to be straightforward. Tesla initially quoted $19,000 for my 2022 Model 3. After I arrived, the offer was reduced to $16,200, citing aftermarket parts. I removed those parts as requested, but the offer was never adjusted back up, which was frustrating and disappointing. Carvana, by contrast, offered $20,600 online, and within five minutes of pulling up, I was handed a check for the full $20,600 — no renegotiation, no last-minute changes. The transparency and professionalism made the decision easy. This is exactly how selling a car should work. As a result, I ended up with $4,400 more in my pocket.

Purchased my 2023 chevy bolt ev 09/25 and noticed the car charger that was in the listing was not included with the car. After complaining they sent me a cheap Amazon replacement, instead of the GM OEM charger that was pictured in the original listing. Just a few weeks into driving the car and noticed an issue with the steering. The steering wheel would get stuck when turning and you would have to force it to go back to center. I took the vehicle in to a shop 10/25 contracted with carvana and their partner silverrock that covers the car with a 100 day warranty. The vehicle sat at the shop for 4 days and they told me nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I continued driving the vehicle and the problem has gotten worse. I attempted to take the car back in but was out of the 100 day warrant
