We never tried selling a car this way so we thought we would see how it goes. Went online to their site. Started the process following easy steps, very easy i must say. They ask questions concerning the car. Not to complicated, just be honest with your answer as best as possible. Quote for 9000 was given for our car. Did a few verification steps and setup an appointment. Can go tbere or they will come to you. We chose to go there. We were thinking they would offer a lower price. We met Jesus there and he was very helpful, he explained everything he would do. Then he checked the car to verify what we said about the car. Took less than 20 minutes from start to finish. The offer was the same. He gave us the check and explained about what to do at dmv. Great job Jesus, very frie

Smooth great experience. Took less than 15 minutes after dropping my car off for sale. Much better than selling to a local dealer. I imagine the buying experience will be the same so I’m buying my next car through Carvana.

Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. I had a little anxiety since I had never use this option before to sell a car, but I had heard good things. Everything positive that I heard was true. This was a phenomenal experience for my first time selling my car online! I got an offer immediately and ultimately accepted after a few days of thinking about it. When I decided to sell, everything went quickly and smoothly from beginning to end. I gave Carvana the required information and set an appointment. Charles, the gentleman who picked up my car, is a consummate professional, keeping in contact with me to let me know his ETA and any delays he expected. He is an absolute pleasure, laughing at my corny jokes, was exceptionally interactive and of great spirit, and helped ease both my anxiety and sadness. Charles did a quick and painless once-over of the car and then presented my check. Once I confirmed my information with my DL, Charles handed the check to me, and with a handshake

Overall a good experience, car was exact as advertised… delivery got delayed and that wasn’t handled well. On the day of delivery and getting a window of three hours , a half hour before delivery and I had taken off work I was informed it would be delayed for three more days. I know things happen but that was unprofessional.
