If I could give minus 100 stars I would. My 19 yr old purchased a 2018 Camaro SS2. He worked hard to save. He seen one at great price on Carvana website and paid an additional 1800$ to have it delivered from Montana to Philly. When it came, himself and his friends all jumped in cars and went to get it as well with a check for about 32,000$. I don’t know who runs this but trust me I will find out. My son was aware of a few little scratches and they no longer make these cars. He FaceTimed me right away! This car looked like it literally fell off the back of a truck!!! I recently purchased my 2023 Acura Integra from Carvana, and once again, the experience was completely stress free. I have been a loyal Carvana customer for years and they continue to exceed my expectations. I previously sold my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder to Carvana, and my son also purchased a Dodge Charger through them. Every experience has been smooth, easy, and positive. I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing a car from Carvana, but I couldn’t be happier about sticking with my decision. The purchase process was smooth sailing from beginning to the end. The staff are all so nice with good energy, especially my advocate Chris! I didn’t get to experience the full "vending machine moment", but he was kind enough to place a bow on my car when bringing it out to me. My car was spotless inside + out ✨. Despite the technical difficulties with the vending machine, I still highly recommend lol.

Had a great experience at this location! Jason provided excellent clarity on the warranty and buying process. Title and registration were quick and easy thanks to their in-house DMV. The car was clean and as described. My mechanic later found heavily rusted brakes/rotors, but since I stayed within the 7-day window, SilverRock covered the entire repair plus Uber expenses during the repair. It's important to follow the contract and get a prompt inspection. Highly recommended!

Carvana is a national used car dealer, so in terms of ease of sale and clarity of policy, we were quite pleased. Jason helped us in the Philadelphia location. He explained everything very clearly and helped us understand what was expected and the policies surrounding Carvana. We were happy that the "vending machine" features were working and it was fun to watch the car be lowered down from the tower.
