Brent was AMAZING! we just picked up our new car at the Carvana vending machine. And even though we were 20 min late due to traffic Brent waited, accommodated, and had the most vibrant and positive attitude. His conversation was easy and welcome. I would highly recommend Carvana every time if I knew Brent would be there! Thank you for such a fun experience.

Our buying experience was horrible. We secured our financing uploaded requested documents. Had the check mailed and gave them the tracking number and photo of the check. They canceled my order even though the check was already in the mail. I had to open the order backup and have them take my wife off of their contract .to get them to agree to ship the car. It was a never ending stream of hoops to jump through and differing accounts of what the issue was .

Can you give negative five stars?? My attempt to purchase a vehicle through Carvana was unacceptable from start to finish. I secured financing, confirmed my rate, paid a nonrefundable deposit, and submitted every document requested. In return, Carvana imposed an unreasonable demand: provide photo verification of a physical check within an arbitrary 24 hour window—an impractical requirement that most lenders cannot meet. Despite scrambling with my lender to satisfy this last minute hurdle, I still received conflicting messages. While I was on the phone with Carvana’s underwriting team to ensure compliance, I was notified by text that my purchasing window had been closed, and the vehicle was back on the market. Vehicle was mostly as described. There was a tire pressure sensor not working immediately after I left the lot.There was a tear in the seat that wasn't disclosed. It was also supposed to be a black tie edition, and was not. The reason for the rating though, was that I work out of state most of the time. I bought this vehicle on my way back home for 2 weeks. They told me they would overnight the title paperwork after the one week return period. Sweet. They did not. Title paperwork just arrived, 6 weeks later. I understand state to state title paperwork is different, but as someone who has worked in this industry, that is something you prepare beforehand when you have 1-2 weeks to do so. I really don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve purchased several cars in the last few years. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Super easy online process, it took maybe 10 min to fill everything out, great rate and then when I went to pickup the car 0 hiccups. The 4 people I interacted with at the pickup site were all super friendly. When I needed to call customer service for a question they answered the call within 2 minutes. I’m blown away at how easy and smooth it all was. I don’t believe the negative reviews reflect a normal experience. From what I could tell they have great customer service, great warranties and are more than willing to work with people. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you away.
