I waited about 2 months to write my review because I wanted to see how the car really worked. We are very satisfied with the car and the service! Dio was great and went out of his way to help us find the right car even though it was late and at the very end of his work day. The price was reasonable and the car still runs very well. We noticed that the car was missing a spare tire and Jack so they ordered one to make sure the used car was complete. We came back the next day and all of the paperwork was in order for the dmv, which was a huge timesaver. Car was registered and title was ready to go. We paid and the title came a little over a month later. I would go back to get another vehicle, they were life savers!

This shop went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. Great team. Honest. Fair. Exceeded my expectations as far as customer care and service when shopping for a used/pre-owned car. John was thorough and organized. All staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Would definitely recommend them to a friend and would definitely buy from them again if I need another car...but hopefully I won’t because I love what I bought from them and mostly importantly to this review so far the car is perfect, clean, and running well!

Have had multiple issues with this dealership. John is OK but will never tell you anything negative about a car that you're looking to buy. Transparency is the key in my opinion. They're great if you have little to no credit but other than that beware. I have had issues in the past with their mechanic Marcos. My car was overheating and I was told it was an issue with the thermostat after telling me that it was replaced I then blew my engine as a result because he never replaced it, I was then offered a different car as a replacement.. My mother just bought a car from them and has had to bring it in 3 times in the last 2 weeks as her check engine light continues to come on. Believe it or not had the same issue with thermostat. Brought it to AutoZone tonight for a diagnosis and go figure...

I got my car back in January. I’m very happy with it. So far runs beautiful, I’m also happy with the service at this dealer too. They gave me great price, and were very accommodating. Thank you bunches!

Marco is awesome! I went to him in desperation and he made everything happen in a timely manner!! I can't praise him enough he helped us so much! They did a great job fixing our vehicle as well, works like knew again!
