Carver Tire & Automotive - a Main Street Auto shop

I have 3 older model vehicles that I have brought to Carver Tires for various services in the past 3 years. I have always had excellent service. Roger, Eli, Derrick, William, and Giancarlo are all very knowledgeable and experienced. I’ve been very happy with every repair. Their prices are competitive and their customer service is excellent. As a female out there in the mechanics world I have had a few places try to take advantage of me and try to have me get services done that I don’t need as well as try to charge me more than everyone else. My father and grandfather had taught me a lot about cars when I was growing up so people trying to take advantage of me left me not trusting most mechanic shops. Rotate and tire balance was most recent visit. Left my truck with them and requested a pickup for a couple hours later. It was ready as promised and cheaper than I thought it would be. The staff was friendly and efficient as usual. Taking my travel trailer next week for valve stem replacements. Their location is not real close for me but the quality, knowledge, and honesty keeps me going back.

Carver Tire is the best to work with. They are always friendly and attentive! They give a reasonable time frame for the work to be done and reasonable estimates. We left our car while out of town so we paid the invoice on line and were able to get our car after hours due to the lock box system they have. I highly recommend this business for all your car needs!

Excellent experience. I highly recommend Carver Tire. They kept me well informed throughout the diagnostic process and then patiently explained all of the suggested repairs on my Mercedes. Pricing was competitive. Repairs were on point. Roger handled the communications about my vehicle throughout the process.
