Carver Toyota of Columbus - Service Department

I can't say enough about Carver Toyota's Service Department. From my first call for an appointment to the call to say my vehicle was ready to go, I have nothing but good to say. Everyone throughout the process was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Carver Toyota's Service Department.

It was easy to get a appointment n the next day my truck was serviced in a really short time. The following day I went back to retrieve my phone which I left it by accident. The young lady put the phone in as safe place. Thanks to her I didn't have to replace the phone. Thanks I appreciate it. I will visit you for my next service.

My experience was excellent. All went smoothly and quickly. But what I remember most was the excellent service from Jaia I was standing at the counter and no one was there. Jaia walked by doing something else and stopped what he was doing and helped me. Very professional and explained everything that was done to the Tacoma and what might be needed in future. He’s the kind of person u need at Carver but I’m sure u already know that. thanks

2nd visit to Carver and was there to pick up car but charges weren’t fully explained. Battery was replaced and I’d asked for everything to be checked out to ensure nothing else was malfunctioning. Battery was $257 and total bill was $395 (included $85 labor, outside of taxes, not sure what the other $53 was for). All of that said, Carver will be my destination to service my Highlander. And in fairness, it was close to closing time when picking up vehicle.

Everyone are always nice, prompt when need get vehicle in for regular maintenance , no problems. Great! Love my Rav 4. Pleasure to do business with .
