Here is my honest experience: I was looking around on Facebook for a cash SUV. I messaged them to see what they have. He responded that they didn't have anything in my price range, but worked out a really good deal with me. Half down, the rest when I get my taxes. That worked for me. The bad: The car, a 2006 Honda Element, used, had some issues. All used vehicles will have SOMETHING wrong with them, this is a very important fact to note when reading and understanding this review as well as when purchasing a used vehicle. Guess what they did? The fixed most of the issues I asked them to. The vtec solenoid was causing the car to be on limp mode upon purchase. They had it fixed the next day as well as doing an oil change. Ben was extremely helpful to begin with. He welcomed us and made me feel very heard as well as understood me! I was very lucky to walk away with something I like. Jacob was also VERY helpful and I about cried at the end of my visit because of how great everyone was. Leydi got me together at the end quickly and so efficiently! Awesome experience buying my son’s first car. Few issues noticed during the test ride they was able to fix within a week before we closed the deal. Never seen so many decent used cars in one place all Hondas. Def worth a look 👌🏾
