Service is great. They have affordable monthly wash memberships and under carriage wash which is huge. Only negative is they don’t have no where near enough vaccums also if you’re not here first thing in the morning expect a long long long long line.

I was just here to vacuum and wash my car and I’m really impressed with their customer service. I paid for the second most expensive wash and my car wasn’t very clean afterwards. I went back around to the window to request another wash but their help button doesn’t actually call anybody so I was forced to pay for a simple wash to go back through there were people behind me. After I completed that wash I parked and walked over for some help and the very kind and bright woman working spoke to the boss and got that second wash refunded. Even though my car still had a few stubborn spots left on it, her kindness and the wash owners response, plus the free vacuums will have me coming back for any washes I need

A year ago, I signed up for a one-month membership and canceled it at the end of the month, but when I checked my account today, the automatic payment hadn't been canceled. I'm not worried about the money, but I'm sure this isn't just happening to me; it's outright fraud. I've been paying every month for a car wash service I haven't used for a year. That's all I have to say. Even one star is too much for this business. I was using a rental car, and I changed the car in the second week, and they told me they couldn't change the license plate in their system and that I had to create a new membership. So I completely canceled my account and signed up for a membership at a different car wash.

Very kind staff! A woman came out of the office right away to help me pay ( I had pulled up too far from the kiosk). She was very pleasant and we had a nice exchange while she put my card in the machine for me and asked what kind of wash I wanted. She was a gem! Will definitely come here from where I work in the Navy Yard.

Decent car wash overall. The price is great for the quality you get, even at the top wash for $19, and the free vacuums are definitely a plus. That said, the layout is a bit frustrating—if you’re waiting for a vacuum, you end up blocking traffic to get to the actual wash. The vacuum hoses are long enough to reach the whole car, but you need someone to hold it above the roof so it doesn’t scratch your car. Good value, but the setup could be better.
