Carwash Plus

I normally have a really good experience here, but today was a different story. After our cars were done, one of the guys came up to us and mentioned how good the car looked and tell me how he'd been tipped only 25 cents one time, then proceeded to ask if we had tipped. Even saying if we didn't have cash that one of the guys had cashapp. I'm all for giving tips, but to go up to a customer and ask for a tip, making it a very awkward situation and basically peer pressuring you into a giving a tip. I've never had this experience before her and I'm very disappointed. And to top it off, they broke my keychain 💔 The vacuum detail isn't that great in the trunk, but other than the issue with that rude guy, the outside of my car is as good as always.

They have increased prices for my 2500 Chev by $10. I paid the extra money plus the gold package. When I got the vehicle none of the bugs were removed. They said the vehicle cant go through the automatic wash so I would have to pay extra. This used to be my go to wash but increased prices and $50 wash, ($45 +$5 tip) not with the service anymore.

Staff was super friendly but the services itself was horrible. I asked for a carpet shampoo/ car detail inside and outside and I did not get that. After inspection the back row was not even cleaned (Vacuumed/shampooed) the windows on the passenger side were not even wiped down. Mind you I took my car to wash the day before at a drive thru car wash and I vacuumed it a bit. So I really expected them to concentrate on washing my carpets and they did not do that. I did call and they did ask me to take it back which I did but I was still disappointed with the end results. The bad thing is that it was my first time there and I will definitely NOT return.

I haven’t been here in a while. Now I remember why. My vehicle wasn’t even out through the machine, it was hand washed apparently. So I have the benefit of the doubt. Nope still dirty in areas. My main focus was the inside of the truck. I was hoping for a good vacuum and clean and armor all as advertised in the “Gold Pacakge”. Inside was ok. The guy missed areas of cleaning and armor all. The back of the suv wasn’t even vacuumed or cleaned out. I’m very disappointed and won’t return here again. The pictures are just from the back. I wasn’t going to spend 20 minutes taking pictures of “details” that should have been cleaned.
