I bought a 2014 Mini Cooper Clubman S sight unseen from Carzi. The owner KC teleconterenced with me in order to discuss the car's condition and recent repairs. Absolutely every claim he made was verified by my mechanic. KC even met with the transport driver on short notice and sent me a video of my car before it was loaded and a picture of my car on the transporter. My experience with Carzi could not possibly have gone any smoother.

KC was AWESOME!!!!!! The car buying experience can be stressful, scary, long and painful. KC was so pleasant and down to earth. He listened to you and was able to answer all of our questions. He was super friendly, easy to work with and not a vulture like most car salesman. He let the car sell itself. He explained all of the features on the car, left my husband and I alone with the car to sit it in, play with the gadgets and talk about the car. I feel we got a pretty good deal on the car. We had our own loan through our CU and he gave us NO hassle about it, didn't try and push a loan through him. He was not pushy or aggressive at all. He knew A TON about Mini's. I can't say enough wonderful things about Carzi and KC, who sold me my dream car. First of all everything in the lot is in pristine condition because of their standards for quality. The cars you view upon arrival often look even better up close and are more pristine in person. Next, the customer service is everything you hope it could be.
