Customer service was good. The manager was friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say much about the quality and speed of vehicle repairs. I was told it may take up to a few hours before making an appointment. Once arrived to appointment I was told up to 5 days for the repairs (minor repairs, pull off bumper, and replace any broken clips. Further inspect rear frame/shock absorb..etc.) The manager took a look at my vehicle and evaluated it. After talking to management, I got the sense that they had little to no experience working (or seen) on my type of vehicle (European). They also got the feel of my expectations and attention to detail. My standards are high. I guess they realized that they couldn't meet my standards or provide good quality to meet my expectations. Stay Away! Worst Customer Service Ever If you're looking for a fast, reliable, customer focused business this place is the furthest from it. I initiated repairs on my car with this body shop on April 29, 2024. Weeks went by with no updates. After requesting a refund on May 15, I was suddenly told the parts would arrive by May 21. Despite this, I didn’t hear back until May 23, and was given an appointment for June 10. After dropping off my car on June 3, I was told it would take 7-10 days. My insurance was informed the car would be ready by June 14, so I returned my rental. The 14th came and went with no car. I took my 2015 Ford F150 there for major body work and it took them only 4 days to finish. Fast and reliable service, and excellent body work. My truck came out brand new. They even put effort in detailing your truck before you pick it up. Great job to the bodyshop writers and the bodyshop workers.

Worst customer service I've experienced with a body shop. New Accord was in for a "We Owe" service because the paint had imperfections from running it through the carwash so many times. Receptionist was very rude over the phone, had no customer service skills at all, and was firm that I bring the car in on Monday or Tuesday because it would take a while for my car. I dropped it off Monday, and then they called me Tuesday saying it was ready for pick up. When I showed up Tuesday there was wax residue left all over the car and they managed to scratch one of the door trims. ZERO attention to detail with this shop. I took my brand new vehicle in that was two weeks old after it was in an accident. To give you an idea of the scope of work needed. My passenger side door was damaged and needed to be replaced. Long story short, I have been there 5 times after the repairs were done because of the astonishing poor job they did. A year and half after I am still having to deal with them. The door was left uneven with the frame of my car. I took it in 3 times for this issue alone I probably could have fixed this myself but preferred not to tamper with it. Bolts were left loose inside my door and after 2-3 months my door rattled and window was not working properly. To give you an idea of the workmanship there, they couldn't even put my decals on correctly. I mean decals (Stickers)… Really!!? When I called to re
