The only reason their score isn't lower is because their service depart was pretty good. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation, 45 minutes on the maintenance team, they were great. Sales associates walked by time and time again and never said a word. 98° outside and they didn't even offer a water. I went in to go the restroom and the rude man at the front said "can I help you?" I simply said "I'm here to service my truck. May I use your restroom?" He huffed and responded "whatever. To the left." This is why I went to El Paso to buy my truck in the first place. This team is rude, inconsiderate, and only address the men even after being to we are buying MY truck. Service department was great. They did a great job and were very quick. I will return for maintenance only.
