I went in for an oil change and scheduled maintenance. Ended up leaving with a bill over 500 bucks and pressure to do another 2k in maintenance before scheduled in the owners manual. A service employee tried to convince me that I should leave a positive review in exchange for a discount on the premature maintenance mentioned earlier. I also made an appointment for service weeks in advance and they still kept my truck all day for an oil change and trailer brake controller fix for a brake controller error I was getting. They couldn't figure it out and I had to use a local mechanic to get that fixed. Finally, I had a mysterious leak start on my rear axle immediately after picking it up (a local mechanic fixed that too.) I won't be going back and this is probably the last RAM I will be buyin
