I recently had some maintenance work done at Casa Nissan and I have to say, Ruben Ontiveros Jr. is a true professional! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly helpful and attentive. He patiently explained everything that needed to be done, answered all my questions with expertise, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out was Ruben's attitude and commitment to going above and beyond. He didn't just do the bare minimum. He took the time to ensure everything was done perfectly and even offered some helpful tips for maintaining my vehicle in between services. I was greeted when entering the facility and my service coordinator Ruben kept me updated on my vehicle service. He was very nice and professional. A day after my service Dean contacted me to check on how things were going with my vehicle after the recall service and oil change. Went in for a 60k transmission service, dropped off Friday evening and picked up Saturday morning at 10am. Thanks to David Martinez and the assigned tech, this was a flawless and seamless experience.
