Got my alignment done on my 2004 Honda civic after getting denied from a few alignment places in Tri cities. Each place I went to was saying that I needed certain suspension components replaced. Once I replaced those components, supposedly there were other components that I needed replaced. Fed up with the whole situation, I decided to give Casaday a try and explained that I was getting denied every shop I went to. They said it was no problem and that it was. Got me in and out with no problem. They did the alignment without upselling me a part that I “needed to replace”. Casaday is my go to for every alignment AND tow job.
Honest people, dudes forgot to tighten my axle nut when doing my control arms, could’ve been bad at least the acknowledged there mistake.
