Case Tire Service

This family owned business is as honest as they get. They provide tires out the door at a reasonable price. Better than that though, is the service. They know what they are doing and you can tell. If you dont know, valve stems on the rim should be lined up to specific marking points on the tire rubber when mounted. Tires are always mounted properly and lined up. When they pay attention to those details, you know they are doing it right. Case also shops around to find the lowest priced parts for you and are transparent with the costs. They have earned my trust to do right by the customer over the years. I have never had a bad experience with Case and you will not either. Thanks Case. I appreciate you.

The staff here is very friendly and honest. I witnessed a staff member calling a customer to tell them that a sensing unit which was malfunctioning did not need to be replaced because they found that the problem was a loose wire. They didn't have to do that and it speaks to their honesty. The waiting area is comfortable and clean and service was prompt and complete.

Horrible service. Incompetent. Wrote wrong phone number down and couldn't call me back to find lug key (in glove box like 99.9% of owners do I guess). Won't see me again. Was a simple tire exchange and balancing. Actually ended up not being I guess. Update: Went to a professional and just found out THERE ARE NO LUG NUT LOCKS!!! Update#2: They have reached out and would like me to contact them; I may, but I think I made it quite clear where the wheels fell off this cart, so to speak.
