The service was "excellent"from start to finish. Colin, my service advisor was exceptional; customer focused, polite, friendly and kept me informed on the progress with the system updates. I want him as my service advisor for all my maintenance needs. Excellent job by the service technician - Randall Wharton as well in getting 7 system/ software update completed on this recall. My first service appointment with the Casey Service team since purchasing my Accord, and very thankful for Michael Zeno, the Service Manager and his team and their exceptional service. I had a great experience with Casey Honda Service. I brought my 2021 Honda CR-V in because the radio unit was glitching, and while I was there I also got an oil change and a few other items taken care of. The turnaround time was quick and the process was smooth from start to finish. Kito was my service representative and he did an excellent job explaining what was going on with the vehicle and giving clear recommendations for upcoming maintenance. I appreciated the transparency and professionalism. I’ll definitely continue bringing my CR-V here for future maintenance. Great service overall.

Get ready for the service experience of a lifetime! Needed to get a few recall items resolved and before I could even call and make the appointment - they were calling me! My main man Kito - always has the right solution, had me in and out in no time. Excellent work, excellent service - I have purchased two cars from this dealership in the past five years and I am sure I will be buying more from them over time!

We brought our Honda Clarity in specifically because it is a rare vehicle and we trusted Honda's own dealership to know it. The primary reason for the visit was a complete climate system failure. We were told the car was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the climate system was still not working. I went home and did my own research. I found a well-documented pattern in the Clarity owner community. I shared this issue with the service department via text, including a Reddit post documenting exactly this symptom cluster. I was told I was probably wrong. Their diagnosis was correct. And if not, they would try something else after. Started to sound expensive. I also could not find any documented connection between a mirror and climate failure on this vehicle anywhere. What made it worse was

I told them I didn’t want my inspection done several times. I have to get my registration updated for the front window tint. This is how I got my car back. I left a message with service department and never got a call back. I’m more upset I stated several times not to do the inspection and then they butchered my sticker put it back up nothing was said about it but 700$ worth of work was recommended that was brought up. Service advisor was super friendly tho
