Casey's Express Wash

Fully detailed my wifes Buick last week. She got a mess of bird droppings along the bottom of the windshield and spotted from the light rain that had the plains dust in it last week. So after a fresh coat of wax from the detailing the "Executive" wash removed almost literally nothing.

Was excited to try this DIY car wash with my new car. 2 out of 2 times disappointed and like they let it go. First time - Second bay exit door wouldn't open. Thankfully it was just me and my partner there so I was able to back out. Would have been a nightmare if there was a line like I've seen before. A few options wouldn't work either. Second time today (7-26) - tried first bay since Second had issues previously. Lol what a joke. Paid just to get immediately soaked from a hole in the hose. Hole was big enough the nozzle hardly worked. Washing my car holding the middle of the hose was not on my to-do list. More options didn't work, including the final rinse off and conditioner.

Love the hot water, the soap does a great job, the automatic doors are huge plus for me when the weather is not perfect. The amount of time given for the fee is a wonderful deal. Who doesn't love a good deal. The water pressure is Out-freaking-standing. I really enjoy my do-it-myself carwash. I enjoy being aware of anything out of normal this allows me. I'm in the "know" about tar on my car. Or a new door dinged that needs attention. Loose molding or tires that may be low. Plus this is my way of appreciating my car when I'm the one wiping off the door jams and windows. I love the fact that coupons books are available and not a monthly bill. Love this car wash hope you can tell.

Something has happened with this car wash - it’s now a very different experience than in past. One car wash bay said cash only but you don’t know that until you pull up to it and then there is people behind you. Just block off bay to avoid confusion and trying to get out of that bay. Car wash does not work as effective as it used to. I paid $11 and car not clean. Dryer on way out does not dry car as previous trips to this car wash & second countdown counter doesn’t work. The last 3 times I have been to this car wash it had the same issues. Already wasted $33 - won’t be coming back & wasting more.

Not a surprise that a Casey's car wash would do a terrible job each time I tried to use it. I like racing stripes as much as the next guy, but this is pretty bad. This has been like this for a long time and the actual store next door couldn't care any less when you let them know it isn't working.
