I was very pleased with most aspects of the transaction: price for my car, ease of pickup, etc. My only slight hesitancy was that it was a bit difficult communicating with the third party contractor who picked up my car. It’s worth noting, though, that the timing of my car breaking down was around the Thanksgiving holiday, so they may have been more reliable most other times of the year. But I was expecting to receive a call two full working days until the actual call finally came. It was worth the wait for the increased selling price, but it was also frustrating at the time.

The fact that I have gotten a response and I don't normally give five star ratings to anyone I think four is very acceptable. In this case though I'll make an exception, because it was a very exceptional experience. Especially for the condition my vehicle was in and for the price i received for my car. I have to say it was excellent! So yes, you all deserve a five-star rating! Thank you very much for the great experience! To anyone that is looking to sell their vehicle that does not run check this company out as well as others but make sure to check this one out as well because they gave the best price than anyone else! My son is in college and his car was crushed when a tree fell on it during recent storms. I called cash for cars, we spoke in the phone about the smashed car. They made an offer. I took the day to speak with my son and we had an agreement. Pick up was scheduled and they brought a check with them when they got the car! Very easy process

Great service! Syed was extremely patient, answering my many questions, (some of them over and over), and when I assembled everything I needed and called back, everything was easy to complete. Curtis came to pick up the car and was prompt as well as polite. I handed over title and keys and he handed me a check! The whole process took about 5 minutes! I was educated on the entire process before everything took place and all my questions were answered completely. I highly recommend this company! Debra McCain

It’s definitely not as simple as they make it sound. First, you fill out the form online — then someone with terrible customer service calls you and asks the same questions over and over, even after you’ve already answered them clearly. She kept saying, “I don’t think I can get you more money,” even though I never asked for more. I told her twice I was fine with the offer, but she kept going, saying, “That’s all you’re going to get.” Again — I never asked for anything more. On top of that, she barely explains the process. I had to jump through a dozen hoops just to get anything moving. You can’t even schedule a pickup until you send a picture of the signed title — and depending on your state, it has to be notarized. Then you have to text her the pictures, and after that, call an entirely
