Cash For Cars - Madison

First experience with cash for cars and they are very rude. I called for a car to picked up only for the driver to be very rude explaining to me he had to go pick up his kid on the job. I then explained to him that one of the items were on the way because he couldn’t take the car without it he said he would wait while hooking up the car he then unhooked the car and told me he would come back as he pulled off the item was in hand I texted him 3 times and waited an hour for him to then respond and tell me to reschedule after telling me he was coming back and never did

Got a fine price from them but holy crap their customer service must be contracted to a daycare center. Legit the stupidest, most useless individuals I’ve had to work with in recent memory. Told me my title was signed in the wrong places and I had to fight with them for them to rereview and then say the original version was correct. They call you and then immediately put you on hold to do something that easily could have been done before they called you. In fact, I’m on hold with them right now! Just go with a different company unless they’re offering you the most by a significant margin.

Spent 30 minutes on the phone with a live rep. I had all the info ready before I called, including mileage and a clean title. Rep was very friendly (thanks “Angela”), and gave me an offer on my broken down minivan. She scheduled the pickup and tried to speak to a live person from the towing, but couldn’t get through so she gave me detailed directions on who to call to confirm and what to say. Called the Thursday before Labor Day and car was gone by dinner the following Wednesday. Have all your ducks in a row, be flexible scheduling a pickup and be ready to hold the towing company accountable if they don’t show.

Went online and filled out the form with my vehicle details. Received an online quote for $350.00. Hit the submit button to accept the offer but it stayed on that page. So I called instead and spoke to a representative about the car, gave him the exact same information I gave online and was only offered $300.00. I asked why there was a discrepancy and he could not give me a valid reason, only stating 'take it or leave it'.

Called the number given after submitting my vehicle information with the reference number the website had supplied. They sent me to 2 different representatives who had no idea what reference number I was giving them. In the end the last representative told me he would give me a return call right away and I never received that call. Ended up going with PEDDLER.COM and the transaction was super easy and done around my schedule.
