I turned in my key and my title in person. They said they would pick up my jeep in two days took them several days to get it. Then I had a few people call me asking the same questions over and over again yet no one knew what was going on. The offered me a certain amount and I took screen shots just in case. They still tried to low ball me for whatever reason, I told the hit from being fed up “if you want to low ball me that’s fine but do not lie to me because I have the screen shots” his voice changed and apologized and agree with what I was offered in the beginning.
