SUPER rude staff. Went in last week looking a couple of parts and when checking out, I didn’t fully hear the attendant due to his thick accent when he was stating the final price, and when I asked him to repeat what he had said, he lost it. Immediately went on this rant that people don’t listen anymore and that’s the problem with the younger generation. Dude, all I asked is that you repeat how much I owed so I could pay. Obviously had some deep seated issues but this guy definitely shouldn’t ever interact with a customer. Never spending my money here again, I’ll drive the extra hour to go to other businesses that don’t scream at their customers.

Found they listed the engine from which I needed parts on car-parts. Called to confirm they indeed had that engine and parts for it. They looked it up and said that they had it. I drive over an hour, pay the two bucks to get in and go to search down what I needed. Turns out, they had no idea what I was talking about. Granted I was seeking a pretty specific engine, but they lacked the expertise to know the difference in two different V6 engines with the same displacement. Asked for my two bucks back and got "They don't really do that here..." Told two employees what I was after and they both let me waste time looking for something they didn't have. Descent selection just be careful and don't assume they know more than you do. Ultimately you'll only waste your own time and money

It was the most organized grounds I have seen thus far. They give you two options: You pull it(cost less) or where they pull it((cost a lot more). They will even put your old tire on a new used rim: balanced and mounted for $10. This is my place moving forward👌🏾

I will not ever go here again. They wouldn't let me in because they said they didn't have the car model I had. I told him I wasn't looking for a specific car I'm just looking for different switches and things that I could use. I'm not even using them for a car. Dude was super rude and said no you can't find any of that here wouldn't even let me in.

Called ahead to see if they had my car model. They said about 3 cars. Drove out there and they were very helpful, told me where to go on the lot. They actually had about 8 cars like mine. I found all the random parts I needed and took them up front. Fair prices. Easy Peasy.
