Casita Builders

We hired Steve to build a casita October of 2021. It is yet to be completed. Yes, there were a few hiccups along the way out of his control, but a year is plenty of time. He had told us he would be done in June. The list of issues is extensive but he is demanding the final 10% payment even though the job is not complete. There are quality issues such as he admittedly ruined our yard and pavers but refuses to make the repairs without final payment first. The paint job is terrible throughout. The French doors and 9 windows have cracking paint all around the window from when they pulled the tape. All the doors are half-painted. He damaged our vanity twice. We kindly got it replaced after uninstalling ourselves, reordering and unboxing the new one. He still hasn't installed the repla
