I was in a jam. My wife is a Traveling Nurse, and her latest contract is in San Diego. We drive a RAM 3500 Diesel Dually Truck, and not a lot of repair shops in the San Diego area can handle a truck of that size in their service bays, nor do they have the technical expertise to work on a Turbo Diesel Truck. We had an unexpected leak in our cooling system. We found Cass Street Automotive on Google Maps. They were close by (so I didn’t have to drive the leaking truck very far) and they offered to troubleshoot the problem and give us a quote for the repair. They got me in quickly, gave me a fair repair quote and had my truck back on the road in five hours. That to me is 5 Star Service. I really appreciate that kind of Customer Service, especially when I’m on the road far from home. Thank You

I was out of town visiting and a headlight went out. The crew got me right in and changed it for a very fair price. I wish we had a Cass St. in Scottsdale.

Quick service, reasonably priced. I like having them in the neighborhood and supporting local businesses. This is the second trailer hitch. I’ve had them put on totally satisfied. Also, they’ve done an alignment on a VW and that was great, too.
