Rafael has been so so helpful. I came in with my car acting up (shocks and struts, AC, and heater blower). Not only did he get me in the same exact day, he offered an affordable price. I wish I could give him 100 stars!!! Truly hands down a wonderful spot to get mechanical work done. Also, as a woman I always get nervous trusting places, but this place made me feel safe.

Rafael was great. We were on our way home to Washington State and had a camshaft sensor problem. We stopped there thinking maybe they could recommend a place because they were packed with cars. Not only did he get us in (at 3:30 in the afternoon) but stayed past his closing time to finish the job. He was upfront with the cost and what needed fixing. He even changed us less than what he originally quoted. He was awesome.

I was driving home went all of a sudden my car's power went away and the dashboard lit up like XMAS! When my car died I had a feeling that this situation was an alternator problem, my car is 16 years old with 140k loved miles. It was time to replace it but with most Toyota's you can run them until they quit. Which was today, a Friday evening 1600 hours, so I was lucky enough to have power to pull into this shop.
