Castillo’s Tire Shop

Emanuels tire shop in Seven points really did a number on my car when I bought a set of new tires. They scratched and bent one of my rims and stripped out one of my lug nuts and put the tires on anyways without my knowledge. They refused to replace my rim and said I must have hit something. I had to order a new rim and drive my car on that rim anyways(as I only have 1 car). I should have never went there in the 1st place knowing Castillo's would have done me right. They put my new rim on and replaced my lug nut (which they discovered the other tire shop stripped out and put back on anyways) in less then 10 minutes. I will only use Castillo's tire shop from now on!

We use Castillo's for all our cars. Service is the best, their friendly and fast. Can't wait to see the new building finished.

The worst tire shop I been too! Order 2 brand new tires for my Tahoe and they crack the rim and didn’t say anything. I found out the next day and I told and they keep denying it’s them. They won’t take responsibility and pay for it

Took in for a patch, They couldn't find anything. Charged $10 to fix nothing, and gives rude remarks. “We can poke a hole in it, and fix it” Ok bud, learn some customer service. Avoid, drive anywhere else.

Took our vehicle up there cause of a bad shake and we're very professional they balance and rotated our wheels at a very reasonable price and fixed our problem THANK YOU GUYS VERY MUCH..only tire shop I recommend
