Castle Car Wash

I have a membership here and I’m seriously considering canceling. I went in this morning and none of the vacuums were working, which is frustrating when you’re paying for a service. In one ocation, the doors weren’t opening properly, and my car nearly hit the vehicle in front of me. The driver ahead had to move forward quickly to avoid an accident, and their vehicle ended up hitting the door. I did honk as directed to do so. That experience left me concerned about the overall safety and maintenance of this location. I’m now hesitant to even wash my car here.

I had to beep my horn at the car ahead of me because our cars almost collided towards the end of the wash. After looking at the reviews it seems I’m not the only one that had this issue. Luckily the person ahead of me put their car in drive and drove forward before a collision could happen. Also the car has water spots all over after the cleaning. It’s like the water is dirty or something. I have the Deluxe package btw. The vacuums aren’t strong at all. Then they’re in the comments going back and forth with customers instead of just fixing the issues. I rarely try new car wash spots and I won’t at all after this. Going back to gas n wash

First and last time coming to this car wash. Paid $10 for a wash to end up wit a wet car and not very clean. Vacuums on one side didn't work which means you habe to wait to be able to use one to clean your car.

I had given up on using automatic car wash facilities until Castle car wash came along. Automatic car washes are convenient but damaging to your vehicle because of the tracking system. But I don't have that problem with Castle, because they introduced a new conveyor belt system. And the staff are very customer friendly. The management ( Hughe ) in particular keeps the place operating like a well-oiled machine. 4 thumbs up....well 2.😁👍🏾👍🏾

i think my pickup got scratched on both sides here, i dont think its meant for oversized cars, scatches were not there and the noise goingthru wash is loud on this car, other cars are ok
