Have had a 2024 Chevy Trax Activ that I bought brand new from the dealership serviced here for a check engine light 3-4 times. Same check engine light. The light came on a few months after buying the car. They had my car for about a month at one point. Still have the check engine light to this day with the warranty expiring soon. Don't buy Chevy. Don't go to this service center.

Upon arrival, thought I was going to have an issue with unresolved issues. Was greeted by Kendal & David, within minutes they had my concerns resolved and beyond. Thought oil change was going to take a few hours as last time, didn't even finish lunch and Antonio in the service department was calling me letting me know truck was ready for pick up. Exceptional customer service by them gentlemen. Thank you all, JM

Vehicle service was fine just had an issue with the fact that when the vehicle was dropped off a 2nd time after the fix wasn't done properly the first time my truck had 13 more miles on it and 1/4 of the tank was gone. So, no doubt it was used for a joy ride.. Didn't see a reason to bring it up to the service advisor since they'll just say "they had to test drive it" but not for 13 miles lol Any questions feel free to reach out to me

Marlex is my service advisor, he's honest and genuinely a nice guy. He's not pushy nor tries to sell me things my vehicle doesn't need. That's the main reason I stopped coming & went to Bill Kay. I'm back only because of customer service he provided.
