Very slow service! We came only for an oil change and had to wait an entire hour, even though there were barely any cars. Really disappointing.

Question: how do you remove an oil filter that was put on way too tight? Last place I went to for an oil changed was unable to remove my filter, they didn’t want to break their equipment, told me next time they’ll have a stronger tool to do it for me. Also of course, they told me not to put it on so tight. This place did the oil change, never got an oil change here before, never will again either. Also was encouraged to get struts, and a brake fluid flush, I said yes to the struts, no to the brake fluid flush. Odd how they didn’t notice anything with the pads or rotors. Anyway the summary of this is. They’ll try to add in services and parts you don’t need, miss things you do need, and perform oil changes poorly. Now I have an oil filter that can’t be removed.

Extremely overpriced. Tall mechanic you drop your car off will take advantage of you, add extra charges you never agreed to and make the fix seem like more than it actually is. Guy threw some leaves on my air filter and told me it was dirty lol

Well I never ever go there again ! I went into inspection and they told me the battery is week have to replace it the rear shocks need to replace the serpentine belt need to replace or they have to fail the car on the inspection. Well the staff is nice this review is not for the staff they force to be hassle the customers hard that what I saw cause the guy told me that he has to do some work on the car or they gonna fail it. So I settled for a serpentine belt easy to change and not expensive but here is the coach they charge me a $ 125 for change the belt which is a $20 bucks cheap belt and they guy change it in 15 minutes ! They ripping off customers!! Do yourself a favor and don’t even thinking go in there !!!! Anyplace is better than this. I know I never gonna go back three !! Cheer

Great service if you go for an oil change or breakpad replacement. For more serious problems... not so much. They are slow and not customer friendly at all. You can wait there for hours and they don't give you any update what's going on. You can also tell them that please call you if you choose not to hang around there the whole day but they won't. I give 4 stars nevertheless because it's not different in any other auto repair shop, at least in my experience. And also the quality of their work is good, they do a good job after all.
