Absolutely the best service Ive had at a lube center. The manager Matt did a great job assisting me. If you get tired of him I will hire him!

Went in for an oil change and had purchased the top package. Satisfied with the purchase but a little disappointed with the charge to remove a skid plate. This was the first time I was ever charged for that. The technician also recommended changing my 2 week old wiper blades that were "laying down" due to being worn out. The blades have been used a total of 2 or 3 times. I understand the need to make a profit, but when I drop well over $100 for an oil change, and then get charged extra and they attempt to up sell unnecessary items, it's hard to give a decent recommendation. They also failed to check the anti freeze which I topped off later that day.

When I paid, I was given a paper that showed all of the things that were checked. It said my air was checked but I knew I had a low tire, and when I cranked up like he asked me to, the light was still on. I asked about did they check my tire pressure, and was told they hadn't even though it was checked that they did. I knew I was out of windshield washer fluid also and the paper said it was checked and filled. My notice kept coming on, and I checked it when I got home and it was bone dry. It was another lie on the paper. They were super friendly, but not I think that's just the cover to keep you from realizing that they aren't doing their jobs.

This was not their best performance, but they did make it right at the time of the visit. After an additional stop to check on an oil leak and air filter - this is the 2nd time they did not have the filter.
