Friendly and honest staff…I wasn’t sure if I needed an oil change, but was just going to go ahead and get one to be certain the vehicle would be ready for cross-country trip. The attendant showed me the dip stick and explained that he could not in good conscience charge me for an oil change when it was clear one was not needed. He did go ahead and check all the lights and fluid levels, without charge. I’m going to be a faithful customer.

Love any oil change where you stay in your car. Plus the guys there are super knowledgeable and chatted with me about my various fluids and helped me make the best decisions to enhance my vehicles overall performance. 10/10

I have been taking my Toyota Avalon to "Castrol Premium" ever since '1998' when I bought it brand new. A few things have changed in the past 25 yrs. but the service has always been top notch! The employees are friendly and respectful, also very quick. They have taken very good care of my car through the years, not only an oil change and topping off all the cars fluids but, letting me know when my car needs a new air filter, radiator flush or windshield wipers 😊 I have always been very happy with the service at Castrol Premium and Car Wash.
