Catalina Square Apartments

There is rules for some people and different rules for different people and if you need something fixed they say we are working on it and it never gets gone

We took our Mother into this facility for a tour (it was under construction and things were a bit messy in which we totally understood with construction and upgrades)... Cathy gave us the tour and informed us that the Maintenance Employee (Nathan Rivera) was going to walk with us; we were fine with this. We got upstairs and went to an empty apartment, things were going great, then we began to leave and stopped at the elevator, we noticed there was a library next to it and went in to check out a common area. My wife noticed a door was open and saw a box with wires, she asked me what this was... I informed here it appears to be a utility closet with comms lines to a server box. The maintenance worker started yelling at my son who was just looking at the upstairs library, there was a closet door open and his wife asked him what were all those wires. After he yelled at them, he then slammed that door, it was very loud and startled me. Is this how the staff there treats residents living there? Very alarming.

Everything we own is stolen. From coffee cups to Amazon deliveries. Not a good environment. We deserve better but nothing is ever done about it.

A great place to call home, friendly staff and residents close to shopping, restaurants, and many other places to eat and shop.
