Mr Caudill was good to deal with and was willing to work with us on payment, even gave us a tire to go on the '03 Mercury Sable GS I bought there. Unfortunately, the reason for the 1 star rating is the car turned to be a real LEMON. Within 2 weeks, it had serious idling issues, up to 3,000 rpms at times. Started replacing parts right and left trying to fix it, all it did was bring the surging idle speed down about half. Then it decided it didnt want to run more than a few minutes at a time, THEN the vents started blowing SAND out of them! When taking up the carpet in the floorboard to check the wiring, we discovered thick, black MOLD, which is evidence that the car had been flooded at one time. Now the car will have to be junked, as we cant afford to repair this big of a mess. $1800, plus
