Causeway Honda Service

Today I got an oil change and other things done they were honest with me with the time frame it would take about 1 and a half hours. I waited with my son at the waiting room. The stuff was friends and so nice one of the associates Carla gave my son a coloring book to keep him busy.

my associate Kristin is awesome! My concern is how they work the oil changes express services. You make an appointment and several times for just an oil change it take 2 hours. That should not happen as you have an appt to control how many cars are coming in. One time it took 90 minutes from the time I came in to inspect my car to do the oil change. All of my appt have been in the morning.

Kristin is one of the best service person is responsible. She’s great. She really helps you. She’s trustworthy and I just love every time I have to have my Honda Ridgeline worked on. I go see her.

Waiting room, is neat clean and well lit. The atmosphere is safe with various with accoutrements for the palette. Service technicians do it correctly the first time. I wouldn't go any place else. Most notable is the attitudes of long term employees. They are NOT sour disgruntled workers. They are respected career people. Thank you to all.
