Top notch service! Daniel really took care of and scheduled me quickly to get my vehicle take care of. He even gave me a ride to the car rental when they were taking a while to get me. Steve Bennett do a fast amazing job with fixing my Tahoe. He even sent me progress pictures to keep me updated. My vehicle was not only fixed back to new, it was also cleaned thoroughly! These two really made my visit feel very personal and will definitely recommend anyone I know to go see them!

Conrad lies and argues with his customers regarding his sales practices. Puts his vacation plans ahead of his job and customers. Went in for simple fix and they made my bumper look worse than its original damage. Took two weeks to accomplish this. Now it's taken them a day and a half to try and correct it but cant be bothered until after the weekend to attempt the second delivery. Week 3 for a minor fender bender. STAY AWAY! To quote their management " there are body shops on every corner in San Antonio".....I should have gone to one of them. Rick and Hank - You need to find better people to run the family business.

Highly recommend! They were easy to work with. Informative throughout the whole process. From towing to pickup of the vehicle was seamless and not added stress for us. Communication was awesome and timeline was met.

I had a great experience with Cavender Collision. Daniel, my customer service representative was very helpful, He kept me updated weekly as the repair job was in progress. They did a great job in regards to the repair And completed the job earlier than expected. Hopefully, I will not need Cavender Collision again, but if I do, I will be sure to bring my car to Cavender.

USAA recommended these guys so I trusted them to make repairs to my brand new vehicle. They had to re-do the paint job at least 4, probably more times due to bubbling in the paint among other things. They had my car for months. It got so bad that a manager had to take over and he started personally delivering my vehicle to me in between attempts at making the paint look right. He caught the poor paintwork on a few of the occasions himself, but on 2 other occasions, I had to point it out. It wasn’t perfect when I took the vehicle back, but I was moving across the country and didn’t have a choice.
