Had a middle of the night disaster situation with a van/trailer running lights not working. Called Josh at midnight, he answered and at 7 AM that morning met us at a pilot and worked in the cold for 2 hours doing whatever it took to get things working. Repair was 10/10. Can’t say enough about the promptness and quality of service and professionalism.

The service provided was exceptionally responsive, professional, and reliable. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking quality work. I contacted them last night and spoke with Josh. As previously mentioned, the estimated time of arrival was 30 minutes. They replaced the alternator with batteries (removed the damaged one, visited the dealership to obtain the replacement part). The entire job was completed within three hours. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

Called in for a simple trailer patch and was told it would be a 2.5hr wait and 1hr labor plus fee for coming out, which wasn’t a problem. I messaged for an ETA and confirmation if someone was on the way 2 hours later and nobody would answer text messages or calls. If you’re not gonna be able to do the job then have the guts to let the person know instead of avoiding them so they aren’t wasting their time waiting for you.
