What a great experience despite the situation. From the very friendly receptionist, hustling to get us a truck right away, to our awesome operator Rich. Rich showed up very quickly and took control of the scene. He was very professional and made us feel confident that he was the right person for the job. Thank you so much for making our day!

Where should I begin? Unfortunately, I was involved in a deer versus car accident tonight. AAA informed me that this towing company would be dispatched to tow my vehicle. After sitting on the side of the highway for five hours, I learned from AAA that they decided against the tow and claimed to have contacted me to confirm that they could not proceed because it would have been after midnight by the time they arrived. Sadly, they never called or reached out to me to notify me of this. I am sure you run a reputable towing company, but failing to communicate with customers and providing misleading information is detrimental to your business.

Live up in mountains on private road in Kresgeville . Had dead battery so stuck in house with only my seven year old son. Call my AAA to come give me jump. They contact these guys but tow truck can’t make it up my icy hill. Call AAA but now cannot help me cause have no other company near me associated with them .They were worthless . Tell me find another on my own and reimburse me. Real nice! Anyway I call CBR explain situation and the wonderful receptionist said let me see what I can do. Ten minutes later Eric and Dave are here in a car jumping me. Alleluia! Would not even accept my $20 tip. Never stop believing there are plenty kind people in our country! Ramon Aballo

Amazing driver! kind and caring gets job done, Jared came out quickly on Christmas Eve to tow my car, handled everything needed. He made the process so easy even in a stressful time like my car breaking down. I was so grateful for the amazing experience. I’d recommend this tow company to anyone.
