Destroyed my differential then told the insurance company that they couldn't have caused the damage. Considering it wasn't damaged when they picked it up, and it was damaged when it got to the repair shop, I find that unlikely. Debated a lawsuit (ultimately decided it wasn't worth it), so I called around to see what other tow companies had to say about their claim that they couldn't have caused the damage. Because I'm not an expert, I'll just quote one of them "whoever told you that is either full of it or doesn't know what they're talking about." The other two said similar things but using more profanity. So, they're either incompetent or incompetent and saying things that other tow companies would consider lies about their incompetence. Either way, they really need to lose their licens

The lady on the phone was very unprofessional and rude also when I called she had kids in the background the got mad at me and told my insurance company I didn’t need a tow theycanceled my tow and thank god my insurance company called me to verify that I canceled and I told them no I didn’t not mind you this was at 3am it now 6am I still don’t have a tow because for some reason this lady Decided to lie and say I didn’t need the tow anymore so they have to send out another tow company. I would not book with this tow company.

Never again….company very unprofessional & the lady that handles the phone calls is very rude and ghetto to say the least. I reported them to the better business bureau because my experience was so bad. It’s sad my insurance is even partnered with this circus of a company. They left me on the side of a busy expressway because no one could ride with the driver, which is fine but no prior notice was given of that before the driver arrived. I waited over 2 hrs just to find out I had to arrange a ride as well. Also, the driver was reckless when hauling my vehicle up he bent the frame on my front passenger side. I hope this business shuts down or gets better workers.

Blow out since 5am in the morning, notified that it'll be 1 1/2 to 2 hours to be towed. No truck show, called and lady on phone said that the truck broke down, and they would be sending out another one. They didnt call to let me know that, I called to see what the hold up was. We got into an argument and she kept insisting that I cancel the tow 3 times for whatever reason, I kept telling her that I would not cancel the tow and would wait for the other truck, and told me if I rode with the tow truck that there would be a service fee, which my insurance provider never mentioned a service fee if I rode with the truck. She ended up canceling the tow. Now waiting another 2 hours from another tow service. The lady on phone has a unprofessional, and very bad attitude. My car has to be put in neut

They stole my car. Picked up at 9:00. It’s 11:00 and my car hasn’t made it to the destination 35 minutes away. I calmly asked the lady where my vehicle is and for a further explanation as to why my vehicle hasn’t arrived and she hung up and told me they’re busy and she’s not going to go back and forth with me. As I’m writing this review my car is still missing and no one is contacting me
