So Monday I headed out to work from St. Thomas and realized I had a flat tire. My neighbor Jeff Shetler pumped my tire and called CC&A and they took care of me right away! The customer service and care was awesome! Thanks Jeff and Christen!!

I left a 5 star review for CC&A previously, but felt the need to expand on it in response to some unwarranted comments from a disgruntled poster. My husband and I are loyal customers of CC&A, have been for almost 6 years. Jeff and his son do good work, charge reasonable prices, and have always been friendly and respectful. They're honest, and take the time to explain things when they're finished with a job. We always enjoyed hanging out with Sue in their office while we waited on our vehicle. This is a small family business and they care about their customers. One day my husband and I had just arrived in the hospital parking lot for an appointment when the heater hose connected to the water pump broke off and started spewing out steam and antifreeze. We called Jeff to see if he could help

My husband and I were on our way to buy a Honda Pilot in Chambersburg. On our way there, we saw one in their car lot. I liked this one better as I didn't care much for the color of the one we were on our way to buy. This guy gave us a great deal on a great car!!! He's not selling junk and he's not trying to get rich off of every car he's selling. He will work with you if you're serious about buying. Quick paperwork and we were out the door with my beautiful Honda Pilot. HIGHLY recommend going here to purchase a used car if you want a good deal!!!
