CDE Collision Centers - Hammond

I dropped my car off on 11/11/25 and was given a pick up date of 11/28/25. I was given updates throughout the process which I loved so that I could know what to expect and what was going on with my vehicle. My vehicle did not end up being ready on the day promised and being ready on 12/2/25 instead but after seeing my car and it looked brand new I wasn’t upset about the date change. One thing I did notice was that my trunk area and the back of my seats were a little dusty and could have been cleaned a little better but overall C.D.E Collision center did a great job! I literally can’t tell that my vehicle was involved in a 8 car pileup. Kudos to the staff for doing an excellent job!

CDE Collision Centers performs EXCELLENT work. This is the 3rd time I've had a vehicle repaired by them. They kept me informed, cleaned my vehicle, and the staff informed and friendly. I sincerely recommend them for all your body repairs.

They damaged a window when they removed it, they used my car to bring parts of them and left wheels in my trunk, they damaged my trunk, steering wheel and lever of my car, they gave it to me dirty and a rim with paint. The lady has a terrible treatment. I don't recommend it at all.

They always do an amazing job, and Cindy is always very nice and informative!! Took a large tree limb to the hood and windshield, can't tell at all!! Very, very happy repeat customer, I won't take any of our vehicles anywhere else!!

C.D.E. Collision in Hammond performs excellent work. This was the third time I have had my car repaired there. I have never considered any other repair shop and highly recommend them to others. They kept me updated on a regular basis and all of the staff are very friendly, patient and professional. Cindy Oberc, the office manager is very friendly, it’s great to see a happy, smiling, pleasant, welcoming face when you first walk in. ❤️
