sad that when you have the money to buy the home, both have credit scores one in the mid 700 and one in the 800s and have great references still cant be approved. its sad the only place in nj some of us can afford to buy a place is still out of reach due to out of touch hoa rules.
Highly recommend if you know someone who lives in the complex! On the cheap side to rent for the day, Great amenities and a nice open space!
