Centennial Hyundai Service Department

I went there because I had recall issues with my Tucson. It was a good experience for me. It was all covered by the recall program. They have me a rental for no charge. (Rentals are on a first come, first served basis, and there is a limited supply.) Their waiting area is nice. It has a coffee machine that'll make coffee snobs jealous. There is also a large assortment of teas, if coffee isn't your think thing. The process of getting my vehicle dropped off was short. Getting the rental was easy. Everybody there was very nice. If you ever need any services, they aren't bashful about their pricing structure. They found that I had a break light out. They wanted to charge $80.00 to replace a $5.00 bulb, so I told them, "No thank you." Everything else was an overall good experience.

Joe Slattery is great. He takes great care of my car every single time I drop it off here, and recently my checked engine light came on, and I scheduled an appointment at the wrong dealership, but he was still able to accommodate me and fix my car without me having to wait any longer. Great team, and great service department. I always appreciate your help

Simply, I asked to the lady that book the appointment for service to talk to the service manager, my husband and I called five times every time they were telling us someone will call you And so far, we are five days out and never got a phone call. I would not recommend taking my car wasting time Energy and possibly money for no a definite answer! I’m assuming this is coming from Their managers, they are trained their employees to do so A Hyundai Lost us as a customer, and I hope the corporate aware of their behaviors and bad customer service not recommended to do such a business here For the record to whom ever Reading my review I Have a 2017 ELANTRA That Possible need an engine replacement but you just lost the business here

I have owned my Santa Fe for 5 years now. Love the car but WILL NOT buy another due to the PATHETIC service and parts departments. ALWAYS unacceptable delays, long waits and aloof uncaring employees. They obviously are making money based on their new building. But they don't devote any money into improving service or customer satisfaction.

We recently picked up our vehicle in great condition after getting serviced. Joe S. was our service advisor and really went above and beyond. He exceeded our standards and we can tell he worked extremely hard to make sure everything was completed. With constant communication, consideration and thoroughness, our experience overall was smooth and greatly appreciated. Thanks Joe and mechanics for the reliability, we will be returning for sure!
