Heath Marquardt has brought faith back in Centennial Toyota for me and my family. He’s very thorough ,very professional, caring which makes all the difference in the world. He helped us navigate through some issues with extended warranty and took the time to explain things. I cannot tell you how relieved I am for not going in and having to deal with problems. I recently had a very disappointing experience with the Toyota service department regarding a flat tire on my brand new $30,000 car. I was shocked to learn that the tires don’t even come with a basic road hazard warranty. It would make so much more sense for Toyota to partner with their tire manufacturer to offer this kind of coverage for customers, rather than bundling such essential protection under a larger warranty charge. It feels like the tires on my car are disposable, designed to last only as long as the roads are completely free of debris. And if you live in Las Vegas, you know that our roads are perpetually under construction, making it nearly impossible to avoid potential tire damage. They didn't put all the screws back in the belly pan so it fell off while driving and got destroyed. They also impacted the drain plug in and stripped it out. Never again.

I'm not going back! 2 1/2 hours for service. I asked Alex for 2 things. Make sure the air is ready for summer. Fix the wipers light on the dashboard. Alex told me everything was fine. To me that meant that all the work was completed. The light is still on indicating something is wrong. When I called, I found that it will be another hour and a half to fix it! Who knows what that might cost. Good customer service is hard to find. You won't find it at this location! No apologies for the lack of attention to detail or the inconvenience. Now I wonder if they did the work I paid $700 for. Did they rotate the tires, change the oil and fill all the fluids? It sure didn't happen the last time I was there! Details are important!
